I am the owner of Benjamin Law Practice, PLLC. I am a Consumer Protection Litigation Attorney specializing in Commercial and Residential Foreclosure defense, HOA Foreclosure Defense, Federal Cases such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA),  Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA),  Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), state Consumer Collection Defense matters, and general Civil Litigation matters.  We are also handling Immigration matters.. I always look for ways to dismiss cases and to get money in my client's pocket for any violations by creditors or debt collectors. In order to do this, I have decided to take on a limited amount of clients so I can devote much needed time and attention to each case. I am a former bank attorney, so I bring a unique perspective to defense work, especially consumer protection cases and know how the other side thinks and litigates!.
