Born in Miami, Mr. Rosenthal has spent a majority of his life in various parts of Florida. After graduating from the University of Virginia in 1986 with a B.A., Mr. Rosenthal went on to graduate with honors from the University of Florida College of Law with a Juris Doctorate. From there, he went on to serve as an intern for the United States Magistrate Judge, William C. Turnoff, and also worked for two years in the Miami office of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and several years for Britton, Weissman, Lichtman & Dervishi, P.A.. Mr. Rosenthal formed his own law firm in 1997 to serve the needs of businesses, corporations and anyone who is involved in a business litigation matter throughout Florida. Rosenthal Law Firm handles all types of business counseling and transactions and state and federal commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.  Mr. Rosenthal is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® from 2010 through 2020 in the field of Commercial Litigation and an additional recognition in the Litigation - Construction category in 2016 and 2017. He was also named to the exclusve list of U.S. News – Best Lawyers® Best Law Firms in 2020.
