Ayesha Chidolue is the founder of The Chidolue Law Firm, PLLC, a law firm that services, businesses, families, and individuals. Ayesha’s whole life has been uniquely interwoven between the entrepreneurship path and immigrant experience. Coming from a long line of business owners including her 84-year-old grandmother who still owns a little jewelry shop in the eastern part of Nigeria and a mother who owns businesses in the United States, Ayesha learned entrepreneurship from an early age and became one herself for the first time when she started a wedding photography business while working full-time as a Securities Litigation Attorney on Wall Street in New York, so it’s safe to say business ownership runs in her DNA.. Additionally, as a first-generation immigrant, born to American educated Nigerian microbiology professor father and Nigerian pharmacist mother, who were both working in America on employment-based visas, she got to experience first hand the good fortune of United States citizenship by virtue of her birth in this country. However, her youngest brother was not so lucky and was born after her family relocated back to Nigeria and it took him 16 long years from the onset of his application to become a U.S. Green Card holder although his entire family had all become United States citizens. To say that it was a long, painful and frustrating journey would be an understatement. This was the catalyst that led her to her quest of helping other individuals, families and businesses on their journey of immigrating and living the American dream by providing effective legal counsel and direction in making that dream a reality.. These experiences collectively are why Ayesha Chidolue provides a dynamic and diverse approach to various small businesses and immigration needs. As an entrepreneur and an immigrant, Ayesha understands the intricacies involved in getting a start-up business up and running as well as the opportunities that this great United States provides through legal immigration for both investors, families, students, and individuals with extraordinary or exceptional talent like her own father and mother.. Ayesha Chidolue has been a licensed attorney since 2006. She is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School, and also holds a Masters in Human Resources from Rollins College. Ayesha is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and New York.. Ayesha is a proud member of the Seminole County community, where she currently lives and practices law. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, taking photographs, party planning and trying new restaurants.

Blake attended the University of Miami School of Business Administration, graduating with a perfect 4.0 grade point average and ranking number one in his class. Blake went on to attend law school at the University of Miami. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and ranked in the top five percent of his graduating class. During each year of his legal education, he received the Dean's Merit Scholarship and the Florence Bayuk Foundation Scholarship. Both of these prestigious honors were awarded based upon his continued superior academic achievements.. Days after becoming a trial lawyer with Krupnick Campbell Malone in 2013, Blake was retained by an individual who sustained multiple orthopedic injuries and a traumatic brain injury in a bicycle vs. motor vehicle accident months earlier. Prior to Blake’s involvement, the injured man’s insurance carrier had entirely rejected his claim for underinsured motorist benefits, finding the bicyclist completely at fault for the collision. Within weeks, Blake obtained crucial evidence from overseas witnesses which had been hidden from the injured man by his own insurance carrier. This led to a recovery in excess of $3,000,000 within 60 days.. Since then, Blake has consistently obtained multi-million dollar recoveries for his client’s in catastrophic matters resulting in paralysis, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, blindness, severe burns and many other types of life altering injuries or death. As a result, Blake has developed a unique understanding of what individuals go through when their lives are touched by disaster and has gained a broad knowledge of not only the purely legal, but also the medical, economic, social and psychological challenges which they may face as a result.. In 2016, upon invitation, Blake became a lifetime charter member of Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys of America® which limits its membership to 100 lawyers per state. In 2017, Blake was honored by The National Trial Lawyers by inclusion in its Top 40 under 40 Civil Plaintiff Lawyers (Florida).. In 2017, Blake was recognized by Super Lawyers® as a “Rising Star” for Personal Injury. Blake has also been listed as a “South Florida Superstar” by Attorney at Law Magazine® and was the subject of a two page article in that publication in 2017.

I have been practicing law in Florida since 1992. In addition to my private practice, I have served as chief counsel to several hi-tech ventures and served as corporate counsel to a South Florida-based non-profit, No More Tears, Inc., , which provides help to victims of domestic abuse and their children.. While I largely focus on Small Business and Corporate Law and the delivery of related legal services such as Entity Formation, Business Planning & Counsel, General Contracts, Commercial Leases and Intellectual Property Law including Trademark & Copyright, I also do Unemployment Compensation Benefits Appeals.. I speak English (of course), Hebrew, French, Yiddish and some Spanish. I have translation services available to address the needs of Spanish-speaking clients.. Someday, over the rainbow, I look forward to learning how to speak Italian and dance the Tango.
