Chase E. Jenkins serves as the head of the Jenkins Lorenzo's Real Estate and Business Consulting Practices. Chase’s practice focuses primarily on complex civil litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels, in federal and state courts. He has represented publicly traded companies, major lending institutions as well as small businesses and their shareholders in commercial litigation, real estate matters, contract disputes and deceptive and unfair trade practices cases.. Not one for following the way of convention, Chase began his legal career in the private sector as a corporate crisis management consultant. During this venture, Chase developed an appreciation for effective risk assessment that focused equally on stakeholder mapping and protection of the corporate entity. For nearly a decade now, Chase has successfully served as both litigation counsel and crisis management consultant to individuals and businesses alike.. Christina is a member of the firm’s litigation department. Christina’s practice focuses on all aspects of federal and state commercial litigation. Christina represents corporations and individuals in a wide variety of matters, including contract disputes, fraudulent transfer actions, commercial foreclosures, garnishments, class actions, shareholders' disputes, and appellate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Christina was an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP in Tampa, where she handled commercial litigation and creditors’ rights matters.. Christina received her law degree from the Florida State University College of Law, graduating first in her class. While in law school, Christina received seven book awards (highest grade in class) and was an award-winning member of the Moot Court team. She also served as Articles Editor of The Florida State University Law Review. Christina received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University where she received the President’s Undergraduate Humanitarian of the Year award..
