He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Boise State University, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah College of Law. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association Litigation Section; the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry; and the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel.
