I apologize for the length, but I think you'll find that it's necessary. Location: Raleigh, NC In October of 2025, my mother died of a heart event in her home early in the morning in Raleigh, NC. She had a live-in boyfriend who was the only adult present at the time of her death. Since her passing, her boyfriend has refused to leave her home and done a series of horrible things, some of which are felony crimes. He already was in Wake County prison for felony fraud less than a decade ago. Here's a list of what I have so far: He stole her wallet. He wanted me to believe that it mysteriously disappeared after her death. When a police officer did a welfare check at my request 5 days after she died, the officer inquired about my mom's wallet. The boyfriend said that he didn't know where it was, and that she would usually hide it from him. He made 45 purchases on her debit card after her death, a combination of online and local stores and Cashapp transfers totaling just under $2,000. The purchases made in the weeks after her death look identical to the ones made before. I suspect that he stole the debit card from the mailbox a long time ago and my mother had no idea he even had it. The amount of spending on it even the month before her death was insane. She was retired and living off of social security and…
