He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science, a minor in speech communication, and a concentration in Spanish. Mr. Moskovic earned his Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, where he earned the highest grade in the full-time class for Legal Research and Writing, and Course Honors in several classes, including Trial Advocacy, Advanced Trial Advocacy, and Pre-Trial Skills. Mr. Moskovic had the honor and privilege of working as a Law Clerk for a Justice of the Illinois Appellate Court – Fourth District, where he assisted the Justice in researching and writing legal opinions and presentations. Two of these writings became published opinions..
