Personal and Education: Born and raised in Hammond, Indiana. Robert H. Sorge attended Clark High School but graduated from Lowell High School. He later attended Purdue University/ Calumet Graduating with Highest Distinction in 1986. he then attended Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana graduating cum laude in 1989. Robert later returned to his alma mater at Purdue in Hammond where he guest-lectured in the area of Government and politics for nearly 18 years. He has been married to his wife Denise Sorge for over 30 years and has one son Aaron. Aaron also works in the office.
