Okay so my mom is a 64 year old woman who i have been caring for as shes been getting older but ive always lived either with her or right across the apartment complex or now shes right next door to me. She has been in a dispute with her sister and her sisters lawyer has been calling for drug tests and each time shes taken them shes showed up for either benzos and fentanyl even though shes only on her prescriptions which can show up for false positives and the marijuana that i had so i thought it could have been in the marijuana but i went and got tested at the hospital and they said theres no trace of fent in my system so me and our church group and friends did some research to make sure about her medicines and the second time they tried to test her she brought out her list of medicines and they let it go and the assistant prosecutor said he wasnt going to do any more drug testing so i felt confident but this time she went to the court for just a normal hearing and they gave her another and she was put back in jail and when she tried to call for further testing they just told her "this isnt the time to talk" and her public defender did nothing to stop any of it.
