Ms. Rains also has experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation, insurance litigation, receivership, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters.. Before joining Phelps Dunbar, Ms. Rains worked as an associate with a Birmingham, Alabama law firm. She also completed an externship with The Honorable Helen “Ginger” Berrigan of U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana.
