I moved to the U.S. from Mexico City in 1998 as a dual citizen. However, I had to enter the U.S. as an F1 student in order to not lose my Mexican citizenship.  I completed a master's degree from Tulane University, of all things in Environmental law. But life had other plans for me.. My passion since 2002 has been immigration.  I have helped hundreds of clients navigate through what is complex and definitely not user-friendly law, both before USCIS and Immigration court.. Nothing makes me happier than to re-unite families through visa applications or keep them from being separated by aggressively defending them in Immigration court. My clients have 24/7 access to me and personal attention on their case. Emotional support during very stressful court proceedings is very important. And most importantly, honesty on that sometimes outcomes may be positive and negative, is our policy.. _______________________________________. Complete una mestria, no cabe menos que en derecho ambiental. Pero mi vida tuvo otros planes.. My pasion desde el ano 2002 ha sido inmigracion. He ayudado a cientos de clientes navegar las leyes complejas de inmigracion tanto delante de USCIS y la corte de Inmigracion..
