Ethical. Effective. Efficient.. Lindsey was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana. She graduated with honors from the University of Montana with a B.A. in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology. In 2011, She received her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law. She traveled with an international educational program where as a volunteer, she developed a deep sense of compassion for each of the fifty communities she visited. She knows what it means to work hard and understands the necessity of our legal system and its importance to our society.. Lindsey’s passion for helping others, and love of the constitution, led to her career as a criminal defense attorney. During her second year of law school she interned for Montana Legal Services and did her clinic at the Office of the State Public Defender. During that time, she fell in love with the purpose, the mission, and the types of people these areas of law attracted. After law school, Lindsey accepted a full-time public defender position where she defended misdemeanor and felony cases. Lindsey has been practicing in the Flathead Valley since 2012 and has successfully handled well over five hundred legal matters. She has over five years of continual courtroom experience and has developed effective working relationships with local attorneys, judges, and law enforcement agencies. Lindsey is an ethical, meticulous, hard working attorney. She cares about each client and understands each legal matter is unique and needs its own specialized course of attention.
