Jonathan R. Ivans was born in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and raised in Willingboro, New Jersey. Mr. Ivans graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1983. During high school, Mr. Ivans played football and participated in track/field. During high school, Mr. Ivans was also a member of the National Honor Society and Key Club..
