Location: New Mexico Three years ago I was arrested for a DUI and I have a misdemeanor (because of me completing all requirements I believe it is technically expunged- in some way, it has not come up on three pre-employment background checks since, they were not related to driving, however). I found out about 2 years ago that my body cam footage was uploaded online by a couple of body cam websites. I know it is perfectly legal unfortunately but it is the first thing that comes up when my name is searched and I have an extremely uncommon name (one in the United States most likely one in the world). Is there nothing that can be done about removal of these videos or any type of lawyer I should consult with?

Location: New Mexico Pretty incredible set of facts, and maybe the easiest dismissal in the history of the prosecutors office. Anyways: In July of last year, we moved to New Mexico and duly registered our vehicles. At that time, a vanity plate was ordered for my wife, with the instructions from the MVD that, "If the requested plate is available, we will send it, otherwise we wont". The post office subsequently did not deliver our mail for about two months due to an internal mix up. This was discovered about 9 months later, and undelivered mail was handed to us including our vanity plate, registration, and sticker. As luck would have it, a few days later my wife was stopped while driving for improper registration / false plate, which due to the length of time was written up as a felony charge. My wife was about to be arrested and the car towed, based on a hysterical call from her. I raced to the scene with the correct documents, and my wife was released on scene. The officer noted the ticket, to "dismiss upon presentation of documents", basically, a fixit ticket, but as the citation was already written, it had to be dealt with through the court. Went to the court to request dismissal, but the clerks could not dismiss as with regular fixit ticket as felony tickets are not eligible for dismissal in that way -- only the judge or prosecutor can do that.
