I am a legal commentator on Trusts & Estates and Elder Law matters for TruTV, Court TV, CNN Headline News, and The CBS Early Show.  I was featured in the HBO Documentary "Bobby Fischer Against the World:  Fight for the Fischer Estate".. I am also a frequent lecturer for various financial institutions, civic groups, and community organizations, and am often presented by the New York State Bar Association as a community educator on various topics.
