Emily E. Gilbert is a 2005 graduate from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law and was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2006. In addition, Emily has written briefs for both the U.S. Northern District of Ohio and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals advocating for an expansion of employees rights under ERISA. She has made this area of the law, which notoriously favors large insurance companies, one of the larger focuses of her practice.. Emily is admitted to practice before all Ohio Courts, as well as the Federal Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the Federal Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
