Dash audited the financial statements of public and private companies during his tenure at Grant Thornton; also, he passed the Certified Public Accountant Exam within the first year of employment thereof. Although Dash enjoyed the variety of industries that he was exposed to in public accounting, he knew the time was right to shift from the professional world back to academia to obtain a Juris Doctorate degree.. Dash obtained his Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. During this time, he served on the Journal of Global Justice & Public Policy; and was known for and in fact received a good humored award from the journal, vis-à-vis editing, as “most likely to attack a dubious comma.” Also, Dash has appeared in magazines and on Netflix for modeling and acting..
