I focus my practice on representing employers and management in employment litigation. My involvement with a case spans the litigation process, and includes regularly advice on employment issues, including compliance with state and local laws and ordinances, advice regarding issues as they arise, representation before board and regulatory agencies, and when necessary, defending or litigating claims to resolution. I started practicing law in Roseburg, Oregon where I worked in private practice doing criminal defense, delinquency defense, dependency defense and family law.
