I love Estate Planning because I have the opportunity to work with people to plan for themselves, their family and their legacy. Most estate plans include a revocable living trust, a will, a power of attorney, an advance health care directive and HIPAA waiver.. Some administration examples include: complying with the Uniform Trust Code to administer a revocable living trust, creating irrevocable trusts, court probate, and filing state and federal estate tax returns if needed.
