After graduating from the University of Chicago Law School in 1994, I joined a Soros- affiliated entity in Europe where was employed in several capacities related to public investment and project development. While in Europe, I also served for a time as an assistant professor of law at the Central European University.. In 1999,  I joined the New York office of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, a leading Canadian firm I came to know and respect while working in Europe. In 2007, when my wife and I started a family, we moved out West where I grew up. After a period at Stoel Rives, and K&L Gates, I joined the legal team at Greenbrier.. Professional Activities.
