For more than five years, I trained in a small boutique firm working on complex commercial litigation and significant corporate and transactional projects for the named partners who both had large firm experience and expected the best.. My extensive prior business experience combined with my high quality education and legal training allow me to understand my clients' concerns quickly, relate to their priorities, and provide them with practical actionable legal advice that balances reasonable risk with affordable expense to achieve their goals..
