I was convicted of a felony PWID in 2007. Since then I have not been arrested again and only had a moving violation while driving and I paid the ticket. Just curious if there is a way I can get the felony of my record for firearm ownership. I would like to hunt legally and own a firearm. I do not want any carry permit. I live in Pennsylvania and that’s where my felony case was prosecuted. Not sure if it’s a long shot but I do have the financial means at this point in my life to explore the possibility. Location: Pennsylvania on I-95 I was pulled over on the highway riding my motorcycle, I was driving completely normally just cruising in the right lane on a 3 lane highway. Other motorcycle that looks identical to mine and we both had on black helmets and a black hoodie, came FLYING at 150mph plus going down the fast lane. When I went to continue to the exit a 1/2 mile down the highway a state trooper with his lights on came out of no where (obviously chasing the other guy). He basically thought I was him and arrested me for reckless driving, fleeing, speeding ticket. I had no proof other than my word as no witnesses stopped. I'm here because I wanna ask if I even have a chance of getting this acquitted

Location: Pennsylvania Hello all! I made a wrong choice when I was younger and received a misdemeanor 2 punishable with up to 2 years in prison (I served 2 years probation). I’ve read conflicting things online about my eligibility to purchase a firearm and I’m trying to figure out how I can definitively find out if I’m able to own one. I attempted to contact my old attorney but he never got back to me. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
