Garrett Knisley joined Martin Heller Potempa & Sheppard, PLLC as an associate in 2015.  Before joining the firm, Garrett practiced injury law with Hughes and Coleman in Nashville.. Garrett obtained a Juris Doctor from Belmont University School of Law in 2014.  He graduated summa cum laude as a member of the inaugural class and was a member of the Law Review.  During law school, Garrett worked for the Regulatory Compliance Division at Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation and the Office of General Counsel for the Tennessee Department of Health.  His practice at MHPS is primarily devoted to estate and trust administration and litigation.. Jillian Mastroianni focuses her practice on trust and estate matters, real estate law, and business entities.. She began her undergraduate studies at Stanford University and then transferred to Dartmouth College where she was named a Rufus Choate Scholar. An accomplished runner, Mastroianni won eight New York state championships in high school and was part of the Stanford University team that took 3rd place at the NCAA Cross-Country Championships. Since graduating from college, she has competed in seven marathons, including the Boston and New York City marathons. In Nashville, she finished as the 3rd female in the 2010 Country Music Marathon and won the inaugural Nashville Women’s Half Marathon..
