WALT SCHULER graduated magna cum laude from The University of Memphis in 1993 with a B.B.A. in International Business. He received his law degree, cum laude, with a Certificate in Health Law with Honors from Saint Louis University in 1996, where he served on the Law Journal Editorial Board, receiving the award for best student article and other honors. Walt has represented individuals and entities in matters related to health law, business and corporate law, contracts, civil litigation, and state and federal regulation.
