Andrew Wampler

Firm: Wilson, Worley, Moore, Gamble and Stout P.C.
303 Med Tech Pkwy , Johnson City , Tennessee 37604
Practice Areas: Civil , Class Actions, Labor , Medical Malpractice, Health Care, Health Care, Health Care
I view my role as listener, advisor, and counselor. I particularly enjoy learning my client’s business and becoming a member of the “team.” Whether working together to negotiate a contract or lease, limit liability, create policies and procedures, document an arrangement, create an entity, deal with an agency, or manage a human resources question, my goal is to serve the client’s needs.I enjoy the challenge of assisting the business with legal questions. Often, there is a better resolution that allows the parties to retain autonomy and limit expense. My most satisfying results have been achieved behind closed doors without fanfare. However, we are always ready to litigate when a matter must be handled that way, and we pride ourselves on preparation and results.
