After leaving the Marine Corps for the second time, Mr. Boucher opened his own law office in Knoxville, Tennessee.  He has a diverse practice that now concentrates on Criminal Defense and Divorce/Custody/Domestic law.. He has served as a special judge in the General Sessions Court for Knox County, Tennessee hearing both felony and misdemeanor cases.  He has been recognized by his peers and adversaries as one of the best trial attorneys in Knox County and the surrounding areas.  He approaches all of his cases with a determined eye towards the best results for his clients..
