In addition to being a member of Kizer & Black, she is also an adjunct professor of Contract Drafting and Representing Enterprises for the University of Tennessee College of Law.  She is a member of the Blount County, Knoxville, Tennessee, Georgia, and American Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in both Tennessee and Georgia.. Kelly currently serves as the President of the Foundation for the Blount County Public Library and served for three years as the Secretary of the same organization.  She is also on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Blount County, and previously served as a loaned executive with the United Way of Blount County.  Kelly has participated in the tnAchieves program as a mentor helping high school students to obtain financial aid and to be eligible for the Tennessee Promise program.  She was also a member of the Leadership Blount Class of 2014.

Attorney Chase Walker is a young attorney full of energy and a desire to help others. He recognizes that there are many hardworking Americans who do not fall into either of these groups but still are in dire need of legal assistance. He also believes that clients’ needs always supersede firm profits. Sometimes this means spending more hours making less money to achieve a just result.. To achieve his goal, Chase started The CW Firm, his own firm where there are two main goals: to provide legal services to hardworking lower and middle-class Americans who could not otherwise get legal help, and to always place people above profits.
