I am a native Houstonian born and raised. A son of an attorney, it did not take me long to fall in love with the profession knowing that one day I would practice law as well.. Following high school, I attended Trinity University as a student athlete and during that time I was a member of the perennially NCAA ranked Trinity men’s soccer team. Go Tigers! After my graduation from Trinity, I returned home to Houston for a year and worked as an accountant evaluating toxic tort claims for a local law firm. That work experience confirmed my childhood curiosity of law and compelled me to enroll at Baylor in the fall of 2011.. While at Baylor University’s School of Law, I was elected president of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, class secretary of the Student Bar Association, and actively participated in the various legal clinics offered through the school. Upon graduation from Baylor and completion of the bar exam, I returned to Houston to begin my career.. Since returning to Houston I have re-immersed myself in the world of soccer, both by volunteering with local youth associations as well as participating in both indoor and outdoor leagues. In addition to soccer, I have also taken up running and spin to stay active. Outside of athletics my hobbies include hunting with my brother and father, four-wheeling, and cooking.
