I have an excellent understanding of the construction and real estate field as a result of my experience in architecture. I often assist my clients with transactional matters such as drafting and negotiating contracts, filling liens, creation and maintenance of business entities, and preparation of wills and trusts. My office has an in-house Stewart Title in which we can handle any type of real estate transactions. I also represent both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of civil litigation matters. My clients include home owners’ associations, home owners, builders, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other businesses and individuals outside of the construction industry.. Biography:. I graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2006 with a Juris Doctorate degree, where I worked in the Older American Law Project of the Boeche Legal Clinic and was member of Phi Delta Phi and the Board of Advocates. I also graduated from Texas Tech University with a Master of Architecture degree. Prior to obtaining his law degree, I worked for Landress Architecture in Lubbock, Texas; Charles Cunniffe Architects in Aspen, Colorado; and The Winn Office Architecture in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Prior to joining Jones Hassett, PC, I was an associate attorney at the Suster Law Group in Plano, Texas and Kelly M. Davis and Associates in Lewisville, Texas.. Practice Areas:. Construction Law.
