Mr. Gomm works on a range of matters and transactions including strategic alliances and joint ventures; entity selection and formation; venture capital and private equity financings; mergers and acquisitions; securities; nonprofit organization formation and governance; government relations; and various commercial, intellectual property, real estate, employment and general corporate law matters.. Before Mr. Gomm joined Spaulding Gomm, P.C., he was an attorney in the Colorado corporate law division of Kamlet Reichert, LLP, now known as Lathrop & Gage, LLP.
