He was instrumental in the development of BK Express, and a number of additional consumer law and consumer bankruptcy products. Andrew created an educational website for loan modification clients, , which was the first of its kind and was jointly funded by Household Bank, Money Management International and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Andrew also created the prototype for BKExpress, the number one selling case management program for bankruptcy attorneys and widely used throughout the country.. Although I have extensive experience in debt collection, for the last 9 years my practice has been primarily consumer bankruptcy.. I take great pride in providing personal service to clients and prospective clients. While many competitors spend a great deal of money on advertising, I spend time on people. A significant portion of my clients come from word of mouth referral.. When not in the office most of my time is spent with my wife and eight children. We enjoy outdoor avtivities, camping, hiking, rock climbing, and causual shooting sports. We also enjoy classic rock concerts, MMA, and Soccor....... go Brasil . Like so many families out there, my parents when through a divorce when I was a kid. I lived with my father and the divorce caused a huge financial strain on us. My dad went from supporting one household to supporting two and he just couldn't do it. This was hard on him because we were a proud family. We believed that if you incurred the debt, you paid the debt. This just wasn't possible anymore.. My father had to make the decision as to whether he would file bankruptcy or not. While I know the difficulty for him was huge, I am so glad he eventually filed. It allowed our family to get a fresh start and he was able to help put my sister, brother, and I through college.. He was a relator and no one was putting away for his retirement. His retirement consisted of buying rental homes. Since his bankruptcy, he has been able to start over completely and has now since retired owning several rental properties. I learned trough this process the mercy of the bankruptcy laws and the weight that a bankruptcy can lift from a family.. My family has been there and as a result, I want to help others find the same relief my family received.
