Participated on the Civil Review Committee to screen and manage citizen complaints regarding allegations of government corruption.. Criminal Division, Prosecution Council (July 1995 - July 2000). Wrote, negotiated and managed statewide contract to purchase and distribute case management software to public attorneys throughout the state of Utah. Supervised two technicians and managed federal criminal history and Violence Against Women Act grants totaling approximately $330,000. Represented the Governor in extradition litigation.
