I have practiced law in Vermont for thirty years. In September, 2020, I formed an new practice under the name Lynch Legal Services after five years practice with a partnership. The practice is focused on serving the public with personal injury claims, civil litigation and a debtor-oriented bankruptcy practice.. During the last 20 years of my practice, I have focused on helping people with tort claims including personal injury, fraud, and other litigated claims. I have advocated for litigants in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Vermont Superior Courts and Probate Courts, as well as before the Department of Labor and Industry in disputed Workers' Compensation claims. I take pride in helping people who need help with the challenges faced after personal injury and economic hardships that so often arise in peoples' lives.. I graduated from the University of Vermont having earn a Bachelor of Arts degree. I graduated of Vermont Law School, Cum Laude. At Vermont Law School I served on the law review and published a note on exemptions and bankruptcy law. I enjoyed during law school work in the chambers of the Hon. John Dooley as an intern and it the chambers of bankruptcy judge Francis Conrad.. My newly established practice is conveniently located in Williston, not far from the interstate exit making for ease of access by prospective clients. Mike received his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton (Harpur College) in 1978.
