Rebecca E. She brings to her clients a functional knowledge of health care policy, regulatory compliance, and law is a thought leader regarding the future of public and private health reforms.. Rebecca also serves the Boards of two local nonprofits—the Beacon Tree Foundation and the Powhatan Free Clinic, whose missions are to increase access to affordable health care services for under-served populations. She volunteers for the Richmond Bar Association and is a member of The American Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. She lives with her husband and two sons in Chesterfield, VA.
