I have had a general civil, and criminal  misdemeanor defense practice since 1976. I served as a member of the Washington State Bar Association Law Examiners for four years (1992 - 1996), writing and grading bar exam questions, and have arbitrated numerous civil cases for the King County Superior Court (Mandatory Arbitration Program).
