A native of Los Angeles, California, Mr. Koblin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology from UC Santa Cruz before going on to earn his MBA from Loyola Marymount University Los Angeles College of Business Administration. Mr. Koblin is an active member of the Alameda County Bar Association and regularly volunteers with the Alameda County Superior Court in family law, on the self-represented litigant days at the Hayward Hall of Justice.  Mr. Koblin is a two time recipient of the Wiley W.
