(a) [Repealed, § 102 ch 26 SLA 1993.] (b) [Repealed, § 102 ch 26 SLA 1993.] (c) A director, officer, or employee of a bank may not receive a fee or other compensation of any kind in connection with obtaining a mortgage loan from a bank, except for services actually rendered as provided in this chapter.
