Disqualification of jurors.

A person is disqualified from serving as a juror if the person (1) has served as a juror in the state within one year of the time of examination for service; or
(2) has been convicted of a felony for which the person has not been unconditionally discharged; unconditional discharge has the meaning given in AS 12.55.185 .
