Form, manner, and execution of application for cancellation.

Official statutory text

The application for cancellation must be in the form and manner designated by the department and shall be signed on behalf of the foreign limited liability company by (1) a person with authority to sign the application under the law of the state or other jurisdiction of its organization; or

(2) if the company is controlled by a receiver, trustee, or other court-appointed fiduciary, by the receiver, trustee, or other fiduciary.
