Official statutory text

The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall allow at such times as needed to the county school service fund of each county eligible to receive reimbursement from the amount credited to the county school service fund contingency account in the State General Fund, the amounts claimed by the county superintendent of schools as expenditures from the county school service fund eligible for reimbursement. No amounts for purposes specified in Section 14035 shall be included in the budgets submitted by a county superintendent of schools to the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
