Official statutory text
Any amounts allocated and disbursed to the Regional Occupational Center of Kern pursuant to this article shall be fully repaid with interest by the entity to the state in 20 equal annual payments commencing with the second fiscal year after the date of disbursement to the entity. Interest shall be paid at a rate determined by the State Allocation Board. Amounts allocated pursuant to this article shall be repaid by the entity from the proceeds of the tax levied by the participating school districts pursuant to Section 52317 and the payments shall be transferred by the County Auditor of Kern County to the State Treasury for the credit of the State School Building Aid Fund in accordance with established regulations and procedures.
