Official statutory text

(a) Any funds in the State School Site Utilization Fund, including interest, that are not subject to return to a school district pursuant to Section 17223 shall, upon appropriation by the Legislature, be allocated for purposes of administering the Leroy F. Greene School Facilities Act of 1998 (Chapter 12.5 (commencing with Section 17070.10) of Part 10).

(b) Any unencumbered funds in the State School Deferred Maintenance Fund after July 1, 2014, shall be transferred to the State School Site Utilization Fund.
