Official statutory text
In establishing such fee, charge, or assessment the director shall give consideration to the fees, charges and assessments provided under the provisions of law stated above, with the exception of the license fees. The schedule of fees, charges, and assessments may from time to time be revised by the director as he deems necessary. Such schedules may be sufficient to provide such reserves as the director deems necessary.
