Official statutory text

Within 90 days after the end of each fiscal year, the commissioner of a county shall submit, in the form prescribed by the director, a statement to the director which shows the expenditures of funds in the enforcement and administration of this chapter for that fiscal year. Such statement shall be subject to audit by the director.
