Official statutory text
Upon request of the owner of any apiary which is held pursuant to an order by an inspector, the inspector shall release the hold order by issuing a permit to move the apiary if the inspector determines that the pest or disease has been abated. The permit shall state on it that the apiary had been under a hold order at the point of origin, was released from the hold order, and the date of release.
