Official statutory text

Any money in the Department of Agriculture Fund which is derived under this division may be expended for the enforcement of any or all of the provisions of this division, notwithstanding any other provision of law, except Section 35252, which limits the expenditure of any such money to some specific purpose or to the enforcement of some specific section, article, or chapter of this division.
