Official statutory text
The inspection of dairy farms producing manufacturing milk in an area to which an approved milk inspection service has been designated and assigned under the provisions of Article 4 (commencing with Section 33141) of this chapter shall be conducted by such approved milk inspection service. The inspection of dairy farms producing manufacturing milk in an established milk inspection area shall be conducted by the director.
