Official statutory text
At its first meeting, the commission shall establish the radio committee, the T.V. committee, and the instructional committee. Each committee shall elect a chairman who shall convene the committee whenever the commission or one-third of the committee members so request or whenever the chairman deems a meeting appropriate. Committee members shall be compensated by the commission for their necessary and proper expenses in fulfilling their duties under this chapter.
