Official statutory text

An applicant shall schedule or reschedule the applicant’s qualifying examination using an electronic service approved by the commissioner. If an applicant fails to appear at the time and place set for the examination, the applicant shall be deemed to have failed the examination. If the applicant fails the qualifying examination, the commissioner shall give the applicant written notice thereof.
