Official statutory text

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 755.5 of this code, any person licensed to transact disability insurance as an insurance agent, insurance broker, insurance solicitor or life agent may transact extended health insurance and may be paid a commission thereon in accordance with commission schedules filed with the commissioner as required by Section 795.5 of this code.
